~A Sweet New Ride~

Check out our sweet new ride!!!!!!!!! Derryck surprised me last Friday with it from his quick trip to Dallas. He traded in the Range Rover for a great deal... and we got this pretty thing!!! I definitely went in blind with this... I pretty much told D that I wanted it black with black interior, a sun roof and seat warmers... So my list was what I thought were the necessities! lol... ( I know Derryck's list was a lot bigger than mine. ) I has been a change considering this car is a lot bigger than our other one, but it is amazing!!! Definitely a great "Mom Car" as I would like to call it! Let me know what you think of our sweet ride!!

You can't see it, but we've got rear entertainment for our future kiddos!

Last weekend, Derryck and I drove to Dallas for two reasons... 1) to see my best friend Danielle and go to the Britney Spears concert and 2) to go car shopping.... Derryck of course went car shopping and I pretty much spent the weekend with my other "D"!!! Danielle and I had sooo much fun!!!! Derryck got us wonderful tickets from all his connections in LA... And boy was it worth it!!!! It was definitely a great night/great weekend!!!!

I was really surprised at how I loved this concert!! Britney really does put on an AMAZING show!!!!!! Great performer!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend going to this show!! It was seriously like a circus!!! Kinda crazy...But I do have to caution..... it is definitely not a kiddy show anymore... I'm pretty sure she's trying to reach the older crowd... more like a Madonna crowd..  Which is kind of understandable, but just FYI don't take the little ones! Anyway... Danielle and I had a great time at the show!!!! And Derryck had to go back to Dallas yesterday... we weren't able to make a decision on a car last weekend.. but we did now!!! Stay tuned for updates on our sweet new ride!!!

A Charlie disaster and Two peas in a Pod

So yes, I am slacking on keeping our blog updated!!! But hey, I started school and clinicals and it has just been crazy!!! I'm so pooped when I get home from the hospital!! Anywho... here are some cute pics of our little ones!! We had a little disaster with Charles and the nail cutting incident! Derryck was outside cutting the pups' nails and came in all frantic that Charlie was bleeding!! So I ran outside and yes.... there was blood... but the little guy was a champ!!!! He acted like nothing happened!! We had to hold his little paw in ice cold water for about 20 minutes... bless his heart, his paw must have been freezing!!! But it eventually stopped! 

We had to wrap his paw up just in case... glad we did because we 

would've had blood everywhere! I swear... he doesn't know how to sit still!!! lol

I was sitting on the couch with them! SERIOUSLY two peas in a pod!!!!

BTW- this is pretty much how these two are all the time!!! I am sooo thankful that we got Charlie!!! Him and Boo just love each other sooo much!!! He just follows her around everywhere!!! And gotta love the bandanas!!!! They are just precious together!!!!
